Will the SMS sound like it came from a robot?+
No. We write the scripts specifically for your trade, your business name, and your tone. You read and approve every word before going live. Customers think it came from you personally.
What happens outside business hours?+

Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the ACL, our liability is limited to one month's retainer fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
